By accessing or using PaddleCorner, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

PaddleCorner provides paddle discovery information, product specifications, community ratings, and related content for pickleball players. Features may change over time as the platform evolves.

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate account information
• Keeping access to your account secure
• Activities performed through your account
• Informing PaddleCorner if you suspect unauthorised access

PaddleCorner may suspend or restrict accounts involved in abuse, manipulation, fraud, or violations of these terms.

Users may submit paddle ratings and reviews where the platform supports them. You agree that submitted content must:

• Reflect your genuine experience or opinion
• Not be intentionally false or misleading
• Not impersonate another person
• Not contain harassment, threats, hate, or discriminatory abuse
• Not contain spam or unrelated promotional material
• Not infringe intellectual property, privacy, or other rights
• Not attempt to manipulate ratings unfairly

PaddleCorner may moderate, hide, remove, or restrict content that violates these terms or damages the integrity of the platform. We do not promise that all content will be manually reviewed.

Ratings and opinions submitted by users reflect individual experiences. They are subjective and should not be treated as guaranteed statements of product quality, performance, suitability, or safety.

Paddle performance may depend on factors such as:

• Player skill
• Playing style
• Technique
• Physical condition
• Paddle variation
• Personal preference

PaddleCorner attempts to provide useful and accurate information, but we do not guarantee that all specifications, availability details, approval statuses, images, product descriptions, or brand information are complete, current, or error-free.

Where shown, approval statuses such as USAP or UPA approval are provided for informational purposes only. You should verify important purchasing or competition-related information with manufacturers, retailers, or relevant governing bodies.

PaddleCorner content is for general informational purposes and is not professional, medical, legal, coaching, safety, or purchasing advice.

Brand names, trademarks, logos, and product names belong to their respective owners. Their appearance on PaddleCorner is for identification and informational purposes. Listing a brand or product does not imply endorsement, partnership, or sponsorship.

Rights holders may contact PaddleCorner at support@paddlecorner.com regarding concerns or corrections.

PaddleCorner’s website design, code, original written content, branding, logos, and platform features are owned by or licensed to PaddleCorner.

You may not:

• Copy substantial portions of the website
• Republish PaddleCorner’s original content without permission
• Scrape the service in a way that harms availability or bypasses access controls
• Misrepresent PaddleCorner data as your own service
• Reverse engineer protected parts of the platform
• Use automated systems to overload or abuse the service

Normal browser use, reasonable linking, and standard search-engine indexing are not restricted by these terms.

Users must not:

• Break applicable laws
• Attempt unauthorised access
• Introduce malware
• Circumvent security controls
• Abuse APIs or perform excessive automated requests
• Manipulate ratings
• Harass users
• Collect personal data without permission
• Interfere with the website’s operation

PaddleCorner may link to manufacturers, retailers, social platforms, authentication providers, or other third-party services. PaddleCorner is not responsible for third-party content, availability, privacy practices, products, or transactions.

PaddleCorner may display advertisements, featured placements, sponsored content, or partnerships. Where reasonably appropriate, commercial relationships should be identified. We do not currently operate an affiliate programme unless explicitly disclosed on the site.

PaddleCorner may change, suspend, discontinue, or restrict parts of the service. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.

PaddleCorner may investigate activity that it reasonably believes is fraudulent, abusive, unlawful, unauthorised, harmful to users or the platform, or in violation of these Terms of Service.

PaddleCorner may take appropriate action, including:

• Removing reviews, ratings, comments, photos, or other user-generated content
• Restricting access to particular features
• Temporarily suspending an account
• Permanently disabling an account
• Preserving relevant records for security, moderation, dispute-resolution, or legal purposes
• Cooperating with lawful requests from authorities where required

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate an account, and remove associated content, where we reasonably believe that the account has been used for fraudulent, abusive, unlawful, unauthorised, or otherwise prohibited activities, or has violated these Terms.

Where reasonably practicable, we may provide notice or an opportunity to appeal. However, immediate action may be taken where necessary to protect PaddleCorner, its users, third parties, or the security and integrity of the platform.

Please also note that:

• PaddleCorner is not required to publish or retain every user submission
• Removing content does not necessarily require deleting the entire user account
• Serious or repeated violations may result in permanent account restrictions
• You remain responsible for activity performed through your account
• You should notify PaddleCorner if you suspect unauthorised access to your account

You may stop using the service at any time. To request account deletion, contact support@paddlecorner.com.

PaddleCorner is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee complete accuracy, continuous availability, suitability of a paddle for a particular player, a particular purchasing outcome, or that all community content is accurate.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, PaddleCorner is not responsible for indirect loss arising from reliance on website information, community ratings, third-party links, service interruptions, or purchasing decisions.
